If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason we will:

Re-clean to your complete satisfaction
OR
Give you a partial credit toward your next cleaning.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service,
NW Housecleaning must be notified within 24 hours of service.

Quality Control
Our management also personally conducts random on site quality checks. Occasionally, you will be left a survey to rate us and offer your opinions. These steps are all made to insure our quality of service remains first-rate. If you have a concern, we would like to know about it. We will do our best to address any issues in a timely manner.
